This privacy policy governs your use of the Nityam Mobile application for mobile devices that is hosted at Mobile App Store in Google Play & Apple app store. Nityam is a Mobile application for primarily Tracking Daily Health Progress when a user is taking Expert advice/ Treatment from a Fitness Trainer OR Specialist Doctor like Physician, Heart specialist OR a Senior citizen taking Daily services from reputed Agency etc. Information provided through this application may not have any legal sanctity and are for general reference only, unless otherwise specified. However, every effort has been made to provide accurate and reliable information through this application. We will not be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of the contents available in this application.

User Provided Information :

The Applications may obtain the information you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration is mandatory. Please keep in mind that you will not be able to use any of the features offered by an Application unless you register. When you register and use the Application, you generally provide
